A brief description of the three elements:

 

Leadership:  The values and culture of the leaders and the organization, the written strategic objective of the organization, and the mentoring of the two.

 

Network:  The clients, the employees, the professionals, the vendors are the network of the organization.  All treated like clients and you find the true core of the organization.

 

Systems:  The systems of each department, the systems of the inter-departments are what run the organization.  The talent of the network run the systems that run the organization.
