After fantasizing over the last couple of years and with talking to so many of the successful men and women in our industry, we are finally ready to put this Snow Millionaire Secrets summit on the map.
We have utilized the great technologies of today and right from the comforts of your computer, we will be interviewing the best of the best, the titans of the snow and lawn industry.
Now, the time has come and I am so excited with this line up of really extraordinary men and women for this series of live interviews. We will be asking so many of the important questions of how they became the best. Most importantly one of the questions will be:
“What’s the ONE thing you wish someone had told you or given you when you first started out?”
I am again blessed with an incredible team that put this ground breaking live summit that together will be broadcasted globally. I am extremely proud to be part of this collaboration.

Titan 1: Frank Mariani, Sr.
I consider Frank to be a long time friend and one of best men to go to when you need help in this tough industry. He is the leader and the driving force that makes Mariani Landscape one of the top landscape companies in the nation. He is a genuine man that cares for his clients, employees, and this industry. It will be my pleasure and honor to talk to this humble yet brilliant man.
Titan 2: Fritz Frazier
Meeting Fritz for the first time 10 years ago in a great mastermind snow group, I always wondered how and why would someone who worked in corporate change 180 degrees and give his life and fortunes up and purchase a snow company. But I knew that this man was destined to become one of the greats. Today, he has taken this average snow company to become one of the largest snow companies in the country, Winter Services
Titan 3: Juan Torres
I have know Juan over 20 years, from the time he was running his own arbor company to the time he ran our production department. His knowledge and technical skills has made him one of the best in the arbor industry. He understands the Hispanic culture and his management skills are one of a true leader. I have had the fortune to collaborate with him on many projects. And, I would have to say, when watching him during a snow event it is like watching an artist.
Titan 4: Ellen Ely
I was introduced and met Ellen last year at the PLANET GIC in Louisville. I have talked with this young lady and I am simple blown away at her passion and understanding of what is takes to really get results with educating and helping companies, especially their employees become great. Her background working with the largest landscaping / snow company in the WORLD, is undoubtedly astonishing. She is an integral part of an incredible new organization National Hispanic Landscaping Alliance and President of Landscape Training Solutions.
Titan 5: Mike Rorie
I have watched many of Mike’s great seminars and read many of his articles over the many years in this industry. What struck me at one of his seminars, that i still repeat today, was that his company was an employee driven company. A leader without ego. He has built, led, and then sold one of the top-landscaping firms in the country. Now, to say he is a visionary doesn’t do justice of this man’s accomplishments. His knowledge and insights have helped many of us become successful. He now is CEO of Go ILawn bringing us all into the Information Age with this excellent industry tool.
Titan 6: Ron Calissi
In my first year 2011 of my two year sabbatical, I met Ron at the Farleigh Dickinson University. I wanted to see if I could teach in his Master program. I never expected to meet such a person that is so alive. His passion for learning and teaching and what I found out later his leadership with running one of the two schools at the largest online private universities. As we spoke about who we were, what we both wanted to accomplish in our lives, instead of teaching, I became one of his students for the masters program. This will be one interesting and lively interview.
Titan 7: Frank Mariani, Jr.
Now first, he truly is the most handsomest person in this summit. (Well, not as beautiful and vivacious as Ellen). I met Frank Jr. when I would visit his dad’s landscaping firm many moons ago. In the last 2 years, I am just amazed at this young man’s transformations. I would watch him when he was a not-so-sure-of-himself but a hard working son learning all the facets of the organization. And now, he has become a man that will take Mariani Landscape screaming into the next generation. And let’s face it; a third generation company is no small feat and a very rare occurrence.
Titan 8: Sam Granados
When you think of Colorado, you think Sammy and one of the best snow organizations in the west, Integrated Snow Removal. He has been the driving force in this industry bringing snow removal to a new level, both technologically, organizationally, and innovatively. We have know each other for many years, and I find Sam to have the largest heart, I have ever seen for his employees and his passions. Yet he is the most driven man I have met with taking care of his clients. His Hispanic culture of hard work and the American dream of giving back are why he was voted the first CEO of the Snow Industry.
Titan 9: Bob Bullock
I end with the man I will start with in this summit. When you think of a Tiger Woods, you think of one of the best golfers. And what we don’t think about is that even Tiger has a trainer, a coach. That is what Bob is to the business and personal world we live in. I know first hand what his skills are in helping men and women become the best that they can: he was my executive coach helping me rise to success. His NLP skills and mentoring skills make him indispensable to people that want to become true leaders. He is President of Robert Bullock, Interpersonal Communication Specialists.
Titan 10: Your host Domenic A Chiarella
I will turn over the interviewing reigns to a true master, I will be interviewed by one of the top internet marketing success stories, Michelle Holms.
